Associate Producer
We are looking for a passionate, organised, and values-driven Associate Producer to support the delivery of our bold, nationally touring theatre. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious mid-career producer to join a small and dynamic team. The Associate Producer will work across productions, artist development, and community engagement, with a strong focus on inclusion and sustainability. We’re seeking someone who thrives on collaboration, is comfortable managing multiple priorities, and shares our commitment to justice, access, and representation in the arts.
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Location: Hybrid – London, Oxford & remote
Contract: Full-time, permanent
